Instructions

    Rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove paper taste and heat the brewer.

    Add 20g of medium-fine ground coffee (salt consistency). Create a small well in the center.

    0:00 - Pour 60g of water vigorously to wet all grounds. Swirl gently. Letting it bloom releases CO2.

    0:45 - Pour up to 200g in slow concentric circles.

  5. 5

    1:45 - Pour remaining water up to 320g.

    Gently swirl the brewer one last time to flatten the bed. Let draw down completely.
