Instructions

    Set up the AeroPress upside down (plunger on table, chamber on top).

    Add 17g of medium-fine coffee.

  3. 3

    Fill with water almost to the top (approx 250g). Stir vigorously for 10 seconds.

  4. 4

    Attach the filter cap (make sure to rinse the paper filter first).

  5. 5

    At 1:30, flip the AeroPress onto your cup carefully.

  6. 6

    Press gently for 30 seconds. Listen for the hiss at the end.
