The easiest method of all. Time replaces heat to extract sweet, chocolatey flavors with low acidity.

Cold Brew Concentrate

Easy

Makes a strong concentrate. Dilute 1:1 with water or milk to serve.

Instructions

    Grind 100g of coffee very coarse (like sea salt).

    Add to a large jar or French Press.

  3. 3

    Add 700g of cool filtered water (1:7 ratio).

  4. 4

    Stir well to ensure all grounds are wet.

  5. 5

    Cover and leave at room temperature for 12-16 hours.

  6. 6

    Strain through a paper filter (or cheesecloth) to serve. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
